All Woman Ministry was born from a journey of brokenness, grace, and restoration. It began in the heart of a woman who has known pain, rejection, and loss — yet has experienced the transforming power of God’s love.

​

I am Pastor Dee Adekugbe, fondly known as Mama Dee — an ordained minister, international speaker, author, mentor, and advocate for women and families. From my humble beginnings in Nigeria, through my years in London, England, and now living and serving in Alberta, Canada, my life’s story is one of resilience, faith, and purpose.

​

Through every challenge, God’s grace has been my anchor. It was grace that lifted me from brokenness to boldness, from pain to purpose. That same grace inspired the birth of All Woman Ministry in 2005 — a faith-based women’s empowerment ministry that helps women discover their true identity in Christ, walk in wholeness, and live out their divine purpose.

Through prayer, teaching, and mentoring, we remind every woman that she is “Complete in Him” (Colossians 2:10) — loved, restored, and made whole.

Beyond All Woman Ministry, I also lead Deborah’s Company Network, an initiative equipping women of faith to lead with influence in ministry, business, and community.

Every page, every prayer, every gathering under All Woman Ministry carries one message:
No matter how many times you’ve been shaken, God’s grace will not let you break.
