Who Told You That?

The story of Adam and Eve who went from having everything to losing everything in a single act is sad!

They were created in the image and likeness of God, with a vision to multiply, fill the earth, subdue and have dominion. They had a fellowship and relationship with God. Had everything, were surrounded by everything and yet it was NOT ENOUGH!

One minute they were in charge and had dominion and authority, the next they were under subjection. One minute they were enjoying the presence of God, the next they were hiding from him One minute they were living life unashamed, the next they were ashamed and trying to cover themselves up. One minute they were living life pain-free, the next they were in pain. One-minute work was easy, the next it was a painful toil and a struggle to balance and feed themselves. God gave them instructions regarding the tree of good and evil, not to eat it. He gave them 99% of everything he created, but asked them to stay away from 1% thing, and that one thing changed everything from good to bad.

Adam and Even chose to replace their influencer and whose voice they would listen to. Similar, many of us have received instructions, directions, steps, visions, goals and opportunities from God, but instead of running with the vision we have allowed internal and external influences to come in with changes, redirection, alterations and even cancelling of those visions, dreams, goals, and opportunities.

Words that we have heard have brought fear, vulnerability and led to some of us running away to hide. We are surrounded and influenced by many external forces such as family, friends, colleagues, media, and society. We are also influenced by our internal forces caused by fear, doubt, delay and desire.

The spoke words that caused doubt in Eve’s mind, and rather than stand on the word of God, Eve chose to believe the devil.

WHO’S REPORT ARE YOU BELIEVING ABOUT YOURSELF?

About your children, marriage, career, business, and health?

Bible says my sheep hear my voice, and they follow. There is only one voice that matters in our lives, and that is the voice of God. Everything you hear must be tested by the Spirit of God. Don’t just allow anything to be spoken to you because the Bible tells us to test all spirits to see if they are of God.

For every word that is being spoken to you, reply with

IT IS WRITTEN!

It is written that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. It is written that in me dwells the fullness of God bodily. It is written that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. It is written that with God all things are possible. It is written that I am complete in Christ who is head over all powers and principalities.

IT IS WRITTEN THAT I am ALL WOMAN, so whoever is talking, BE QUIET! AND GET THEE BEHIND ME! **
